If it is an urgent issue please also try leaving a personal message on either my Facebook page or through my Etsy shop. I will usually respond to you within 24 hours, as I check my email usually twice a day. However if it is extremely urgent I will replay as soon as possible. I check my Facebook page and Etsy shop at least 2-4 times a day and therefore will see the message sooner.
